How to solve the blue screen problem on virtual machine?

When working with the NewSID program, after generating a seed and automatically restarting Windows, a blue screen of death appears with an error 0x000000F4 on virtualbox and vmware. Winda7, put different assemblies - zero sense. Gave a lot of memory, operatives - zero sense. The laptop is smart, virtualization is enabled in the BIOS. Google does not provide answers.

NewSID does not work correctly for Windows 7 and is not supported by Microsoft for this operating system. People have already encountered the BSOD problem after using NewSID on Windows 7. For example here:
