Unable to login to AD domain via Mikrotik router?

Hello! I have two networks connected through Mikrotik Routerboard without Nat. On one interface a network with the Active Directory domain. The problem is the following: I can’t log in to the domain from the network connected behind the router, while the ping of the domain controllers and the domain name itself is pinging. What could be the problem?
