Unable to determine target directory for Drag&Drop operation (FileZilla). How to fix?

Hello. Ran into a problem with FileZilla. Once I wanted to transfer files from an SFTP server to my desktop, but an error pops up: "Unable to determine the target directory of the Drag & Drop operation. Either the extension is not installed properly, or you did not drag the files into the explorer window." How can it be corrected? Everything worked fine for me before. Shall Ex. re-registered - did not help! Tried reinstalling and restarting the computer - didn't help either! There are suggestions - I changed the directory of my desktop, that is, at first the slave table was on the C: / drive, and I transferred it to the D: / drive.

Not yet, here is an excerpt from the filezilla changelog:

MSW: Microsoft broke the ICopyHook interface in Windows 1803. Until Microsoft fixes the bug in Windows, drag & drop from FileZilla into Explorer will not work on Windows 1803.
