Unable to configure DKIM for mail.ru post office?

The essence of the problem is as follows. The corporate domain was created in Yandex.Mail and mailings are carried out from it via the sendpulse service.
When checking through various services, it says that dkim is configured. Mailing letters received on the mail.ru box are marked
We cannot verify the authenticity of the sender. We recommend that you be more careful when performing the actions indicated in the letter. More
And, when viewing the body of the letter
DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/simple; d=sendpulse.io;

dkim=pass header.d=sendpulse.info; dmarc=fail [email protected]
It seems like dkim passes the test, but dmarc doesn't.
But when you try to go to the mail.ru post office to follow the mailing list, it says that dkim is not configured, but dmarc is yes There are no
statistics - check DKIM. More...
You have configured DMARC with the p=none policy. This is a great start! But such a policy does not protect you. Use a strict p=quarantine or p=reject policy to protect emails from spoofing.

And without dkim, you can’t watch the mail.ru status
Somewhere, it’s definitely a cant, but I don’t understand where. Openness has dropped since some point, probably ends up in spam

Your email is being verified by DKIM for the sendpulse.io domain. But DMARC requires that DKIM is not only valid, but that the DKIM domain is in align (i.e., matches up to the organization's domain, in your case moydomain.ru) with the domain from the From header. Therefore, the letter passes the DKIM check (dkim=pass) but does not pass the DMARC check (dmarc=fail).
It is necessary for sendpulse to register your domain key so that they can sign letters with your DKIM.

Checked your account settings. At the moment, SPF and DKIM records are configured correctly and successfully pass verification when sent, as well as a DMARC record.
If you still have questions about the service, you can contact technical support at any time from your personal account.

sendpulse has no signature and spf for your domain

The essence of the problem is similar. The
corporate domain was created in Yandex.Mail and mailing is carried out from it via the sendpulse service.
DKIM and spf are created in the Authorization section and registered in the DNS settings, but authorization does not work.
What could be the reason? sendpulse support can't help unfortunately

My problem was solved by switching to a paid plan.
