How to set up Yandex mail?

The domain is delegated to Yandex. You need to select a mail server (exim, postfix, and so on), configure receiving and sending letters on this mail (admin.mydomain.com). I'm a beginner, so if possible, please describe in more detail.

You don't need a mail server. Do you use Yandex.
