Ultra Key not working in Adobe Premiere. How to be?

There was a problem in working with chroma key in Adobe Premiere, I can’t understand what’s wrong, maybe someone can tell me.

Applying an Ultra Key effect to a video with a green background. I choose an eyedropper, I click on the green background. But after that, nothing happens at all - it doesn't retract or change to black. If a picture is placed on the track below, it does not appear, respectively. And the green background continues to hang as it was. I twisted all the parameters in my Ultra Key, but nothing changes, as if the effect was not applied at all.

The background is shot normally - in the same iMovie it is clearly removed.

I reviewed several lessons, I do everything as described there.

Judging by the description, you should contact Adobe technical support. Looks like a glitch.
Alternatively, reinstall Adobe Premiere.

Check if you have disabled all the effects of the project. FX button below the viewport.
