Please advise a mega-cheap laptop and, preferably, a place to order it. I believe that this is some kind of taobao, but the netbook should be able to carry Windows on board (from XP and above) and cost <2k rubles.
The question is rather to those who themselves were puzzled by the search for super-cheap netbooks.

Look at the ads on Avito. For me, this is the most acceptable result. The main thing is not to run into "repair" laptops.

Less than 2000 rubles? I not so long ago bought an unnecessary EeePC 1215P for 10k. For 2000 you can only order a Raspberry Pi on Amazon.

For such a price, you can only find Android netbooks on the VIA WM8650. Even Asus Eee PC 2G Surf will be more expensive.
