Cooler beat or what?
I bought a laptop bu, about one and a half thousand hours of work. Asus ROG Strix, I won’t say the exact model right now.
Strange sounds of the cooler... If you tilt the laptop with the monitor down by 45 degrees, the sound becomes cooler, it becomes quiet, normal. When you just stand there are such sounds .. Not too loud, but rumbles. The sound is similar to the sound of a running engine, a very quiet engine. What to do, what could it be?

There's a lot to judge here. Maybe something is stuck between the blades , maybe the cooler itself is uneven or maybe the bearing is dead ( as an option, you can lubricate with oil, preferably machine oil or from a hair clipper )
Lifehack: WITHOUT
opening the computer, I take the vacuum cleaner to the INPUT holes on the bottom of the laptop and just blow (with my mouth) into the grate through which hot air comes out.
If you "blow" with a compressor (without fanaticism so as not to blow out the insides), then all the dust flies out perfectly and the summer passes in silence. I prepare all the laptops in the family for the summer, no problems with overheating and noise never arise.
