UI/UX, interface prototyping or front-end?

If I literally do the following: I come
up with interfaces on paper;
I develop full-featured prototypes in Axure;
Working on layout (visual part) in PS, Illustrator;
Responsive layout (HTML/CSS/jQuery).
In this case, what is the correct name for my field of activity - UI / UX developer, interface prototyping or front-end developer?
PS As far as I understand, the visual part is not included in the competence of the front-ender, it works exclusively with the server-side logic of user interaction. That is, in addition to HTML / CSS / jQuery, he needs to know some high-level PL and be able to work with the database. I understand correctly?

No, what you described in PS is a pure backend, a front-end developer works just the same with technologies related to the visual part of the site. But I still have no idea how to call your hodgepodge :)
