Ubuntu where files transferred via telegram are stored? How to download them?

It says save file, I click, but nothing happens.
Installed from here sudo add-apt-repository ppa: costales/unity-webapps-telegram

This is usually /home/user/Downloads/Telegram\ Desktop/
