What are the programs for taking screenshots/videos for linux?
Hello!
Moved from win7 to ubuntu at work.
I work as a tester, so I need to shoot a lot of videos \ screenshots, I used the most convenient one under Windows - https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html
I would also like to be able to hang it on the print screen.

Screenshots - shutter
Video tried to shoot vokoscreen , but there is some kind of random - it often freezes, sometimes the sound deteriorates
I somehow just copied the framebuffer to a file. (technically there is a BMP without a header, gimp can import RAW files)
Well, really, this solution is good if you need to quickly "right now" make a screen.
The ideal screenshot is Monosnap , but it is not under the line.
For myself, I settled on Screencloud, after selecting the desired area, upload it to my ftp and copy the link to the buffer.
If FTP is not critical, but it is better to paint on arrows or sign something, then Joxi is better !
To write video from the screen I use Kazam!
IMHO, everything else is rubbish!!!
