Ubuntu is not installed: does not see the mouse and keyboard. How to fix?

Guys, hello everyone.
I'm leaving Windows, I decided to install Ubuntu: I cut a fresh version of Ubuntu into usb exactly as it says on the site. I load in bios, select the live version to look around, but after loading the Ubuntu logo and going to the desktop, the keyboard and mouse stop responding. Similarly, all drivers and Internet connections refuse to work, although everything works in the console, but everything seems to be more or less configured in the BIOS. I tried to reconnect to different ports - it doesn’t work :(
Standard installation and oem installation refuses to respond to control devices too.
Maybe someone knows how to get rid of this problem and install the system?

What do you mean: "in the console everything works"? Ctrl+Alt+F1 works? If so, look at the output of the dmesg command.

Try burning Ubuntu to a 4GB flash drive with the Universal USB Installer and try again.

What site says it?
Try using both a PS/2 keyboard and mouse, although USB should work.
If the keyboard and mouse are wireless, you may need some special driver for them.

I had such a funny situation when I confused the PS / 2 ports of the mouse and keyboard. The live system worked without problems, but I noticed only when I tried to install Debian

I would advise starting not with Ubuntu, but with Debian
cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current-live/amd64/bt... I
personally had an extremely negative experience with Ubuntu (then still 12.04 LTS) on a quite typical config ( trite firewood manager on a freshly installed one did not put firewood on Geforce 210), Debian still works fine there.
