Ubuntu installation from a USB flash drive does not start, how to fix it?

I want to install Ubuntu as a second system next to Windows 10. To do this, I allocated 100 GB for Linux on disk D and created a bootable USB flash drive. The BIOS automatically loads the system from a USB flash drive, but after clicking on "Install Ubuntu" this hat pops up
: I didn’t observe such problems from a flash drive. Samsung rf510 laptop. What’s the problem?
