Ubuntu: how to stop Unity from grouping windows in the taskbar?

In a large barrel of honey called Unity, a spoonful of fly tar has been tucked in - windows are grouped in the taskbar. It's very frustrating because it's impossible to alt-tab between windows of the same type. There is no setting to disable, because the creators of unity forcibly bring grace that only they understand to the masses. Who knows how to cut / break this wonderful feature?
The answer to put KDE, GNOME, Cinnamon, MATE, KDE, Xfce or LXDE is not suitable, because most Ubuntu works by default with Unity and a lot of applications are tested only under Unity, and under other desktops they start to glitch a little. For example, xubuntu under VirtualBox falls asleep with a 10% probability and does not wake up, and then, as in a joke, the reset button is so small - it's hard to hit with a fist. And on this bug all in parallel, he lives for years. Therefore, in order not to step into the next poop, you have to walk only along very trampled paths.

Put unsettings and look there. Or in the compiz manager, because the unit is nothing more than a compiz plugin and there are quite a few fine settings. If these two utilities do not have the required settings, then all that remains is to fork and fix the sources :D
