Ubuntu. Ctrl combinations not working

Good afternoon!
Such a problem: I have Ubuntu 12.10 and in some applications (eg IDEA) shortcuts containing ctrl or shift do not work. Even Ctrl+Z won't do it. But in gedit everything works fine.
Tell me how to fix
