How to run on ubuntu, 2 mumble servers?

There is a server on ubuntu, there are 2 clans - who are asked to raise each through the mumble channel. How can I make it possible to raise 2 mumble servers on 1 server under different ports.

Copy the Murmur.ini config and put a different port in the copy, change the script in init.d to start two daemons with different configs.
