Ubuntu 18.04 not seeing USB 3.0?

Hello.
The system does not see the hard drive connected to the USB 3.0 connector. I tried to find a solution on the Internet, I could not find anything worthwhile.
When you reboot into windows 7, the drive connected to USB 3.0 is displayed. If in Linux the same disk is connected to USB 2.0, then it will be available.
Please help me solve the problem of disk invisibility when connected to USB3.0 in Linux.

You need to install drivers. See which controller is responsible for USB 3.0 and google it with the words "linux kernel module"
