Ubuntu 16.04 system freezes after a period of time and needs to be rebooted?
everything hangs up and the cooler starts to work loudly, recently I gave it for diagnostics, they said not to use sd-rum, but the problem remained, tell me how you can solve it yourself?

First you need to understand that nothing sensible can be said from your description. Maybe you open a thousand tabs in chrome, you run out of RAM, swap starts to be actively used and it looks like everything "freezes".
So first, the next time it hangs try Ctrl+Alt+F1. If it switches, then not everything is bad - you can see what is happening live (maybe some process is eating resources, you can find out who it is).
Secondly, logs (from /var/log/) - if something breaks for you, there will be error messages somewhere. They should be included in the question. For starters, you can see what dmesg says.
PS: Please indicate that you have already asked this question, and there, too, people explicitly hinted that the logs help in determining the problem.
