Ubuntu 11.10 + Midnight Commander + F10, Exception for proxy?

Hello, updated to version 11.10, Unity 2D.
1 - Can't set F10 to work in MC as an exit instead of showing the window menu.
Who set it up?
2 - The function to exclude hosts from the proxy is gone. (Sox)
Googled - didn't google
. Thanks in advance.

Since the question is the first in the issuance of Google, I will leave the solution found here
. In 12.04 it works.

$ mkdir -p ~/.config/gtk-3.0
$ cat<<EOF > ~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
@binding-set NoKeyboardNavigation {
     unbind "<shift>F10"
}
* {
     gtk-key-bindings: NoKeyboardNavigation
}
EOF

Until 11.10 was not updated, I work in 11.04 (GNOME). In the terminal, in the menu "Edit" -\u003e "Keyboard shortcuts ..." and in the window that opens, uncheck "Enable key to access the menu (F10 by default)".

As for F10, you need to disable it everywhere: in the terminal settings, in combinations, and put compiz-settings-manager and disable F10 in the settings (in my opinion) of the unity plugin - bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-terminal/+ bug/750700

Look at System Settings -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts
I have F10 in MC, but I don’t remember exactly where I turned off the default settings.
