Ubuntu 10.04 - USB devices (flash drives, usb modem) are no longer detected
Good day, dear,
There was a small problem with my ubuntu 10.04 installed on Asus EeePC 1005HA.
The problem is that when a usb device is connected, it is displayed in the list of devices in lsusb, a line appears in /var/log/messages about adding a new device.
I ask for help from those who know, maybe someone met with such a problem.
There is a suspicion that this happened after updating the kernel to 2.6.38-pf, although I didn’t disable anything specific in the kernel during the build.
Thank you in advance.

Download the module (for the new kernel) and install - probably will help.
