Two network interfaces, how to spread them over different guest VMs?

Hello! Please tell me if it is possible to define two different network interfaces on one physical server into two guest VMs.
In the Hyper-V manager, there is a "Virtual Switch Manager" option and it is possible to create, delete there. But when creating switches, it gives an error that the switch has already been created.
Perhaps poorly explained. The goal is to assign two NICs to two guest VM roles.
PS for links to the manual and where this moment is described, I will be very grateful!
PPS it is necessary to resolve guest 3 machines, on 2 network cards. In order to offload traffic from one network card.

@athacker

The properties of a virtual switch set the network adapter through which this switch will work. Accordingly, you need to create two such switches, and select one of them in the virtual machine properties.
