Two network adapters. Data Transfer Restriction

There is a netbook and a local network via wi-fi with the Internet, it has 2 adapters: 1 )

3G adapter
2) Wi-FI adapter very suitable, because the netbook is already weak, if you put a firewall on, everything will slow down even more. WI-FI network is organized through ASUS RT-N66U router OS: Windows 7 x32

I would set up restrictions on the router, especially since it already has a firewall .

I believe that you need to upgrade your FreeBSD to at least the 9.x branch </sarcasm>
You did not write what OS you have installed on your netbook, what version and what tools you actually tried.
For example, on a GNU / Linux system, a configured netfilter will eat very little, but the management of such a firewall is semi-manual.
PS: You can also make this restriction on the side of the router.

I did it simply - I changed the addresses of the wi-fi adapter manually with obviously incorrect gateway and DNS (I set the IP and subnet mask the same as it was assigned automatically). Crutch, but it works. You can put your own local server on the gateway and DNS, but I guess you don't have one.

Maybe I misunderstood, but - on the router, create a guest Wi-Fi network with a ban on Internet access and connect a laptop to it?
The router is configured to allow this.
