Twitter - your logo in PNG format?

https://twitter.com/telegram - the Telegram logo (aka "paper airplane"), i.e. "profile photo" - in PNG, you can see/check this when trying to save the logo. At the same time, for all other accounts that I checked - strictly in JPG.
Q: How can I get my logo to be in PNG too?
Twitter support is silent.
Not a word in the official Twitter documentation.

If you save the Telegram logo PNG and upload it back to Twitter, but to your account, it will also be converted to JPG. It turns out that the file itself is not magical.
