How to optimize photos for PageSpeed?

After I have optimized my photos with jpegtran + tinypng, Google assures me that they can still be reduced by 80% (!). I use utilities on the advice of Google, but I have not achieved the desired result.

I cut pictures through PHP imagick extension with 75% compression. Google doesn't swear (jpeg). Since the problem is, it leaves exif, and Google grumbles about it. You can of course compile with the necessary options, but nafig.
