The software is old, it has not been updated for a long time. But there is work with scripts, you can configure it so that when an incoming call starts a script, during a conversation, when the call ends.
The question is as follows: When receiving a call, it is necessary to run a script that will take data from MySQL or a file on a remote server in order to determine the data by the number of the subscriber who is calling.
There is a table with data in the database, for example it looks something like this:
Number / First name / Last name
So, is it possible to interact with the software when using the script so that it immediately displays the first and last name by phone number in the software?)
