Turnkey solution for a corporate social network

Interested in ready-made solutions that allow you to deploy on your own server a kind of network for communication within the company (or rather, a group of companies). The focus is on communication and exchange of experience. Everything should be simple, convenient and pleasing to the eye. The search did not give acceptable results - in most cases there is no "box".

Required functionality:

• Knowledge base (articles or wiki) with the possibility of discussion
• Collective blog
• Questionnaires
• Warehouse of files with descriptions and categories
• Announcements for all (or groups) users
• User groups (companies) for access control

It would be interesting (fantasy):

• Integration of external authorization
• api
• Project/task management
• Bug tracker integration (redmine)

Requirements:

• The solution should work on LAMP: php/ruby/python/perl, I really don't want Java
• Ideally, open-source, but you can also look at paid / closed options

It would also be interesting to know if there is such a thing on LAMP. But something tells me that, unfortunately, no. But almost everything can be implemented on a paid Microsoft SharePoint

I don't know if my answer will be relevant. You may have already found a suitable option. But still I want to recommend TeamLab - an open platform for creating a corporate portal. Hosted on SourceForge: sourceforge.net/projects/teamlab/ . The SaaS version is free, so you can freely register on the teamlab.com website and see all the functionality.
Of the necessary functionality at the moment there is no access control. But there is a project management module and a corporate chat. A possible minus is the asp.net project.
