How to divide the shares in the project?

I have a project. I coded it myself, and recently received the first PR, and the first 900 registrations. Now I have found people: a programmer and a PR marketer. They are willing to work 2-3 days a week, for a fraction. (The programmer is studying, the marketer is moonlighting, they are ready to go full-time in case of a salary.)
In two days, I have to make them an offer.
Who gets what share?
And what if you have to sell a share to an investor? Should we sell equal shares of ours, or just mine?
As for the precautions to be taken: I'm thinking of setting the vesting period for three years, and the cliff for one year.

As you decide at each stage, so be it. Yes, usually proportional.
It depends on what kind of contribution is expected at the stage before salaries, and in general, how much you evaluate the possible contribution of each.
You can hardly offer specific figures now, firstly, you have not seen people in action, secondly, especially about a marketer, you may have to try different people with different approaches, thirdly, it is not clear how long work will last without salaries and etc.
If, in principle, sales are planned that depend on the marketer, his income can be made dependent on sales.

It is better not to divide, but immediately for a salary, albeit a small or piecework payment.
The project should belong only to you, otherwise financial disputes will begin.

Fuck partners. Fuck investors. Work on your own. When clearly necessary, hire mercenaries on a project-by-project basis. When the need is great, hire people to pay.
Dual power is a frequent cause of the death of projects at various stages of development.

Uv Ivan, many recommend doing everything yourself at the initial stage, but it all depends on the scale. When attracting investors, you aim at a medium or large company. Doli is not bad. In our company, we did everything on our own and with our own resources, but in order to grow into a medium-sized company, we had to draw up a plan to attract investments.
/ all data is given as an example /
1 - We valued the company (Estimated cost: $ 150,000)
2 - If we attract employees for%, then we pay them on the basis of profit, for example, the profitability of the company is $ 3,000 / month, you are ready to pay each $ 500, which is 16.6% of the share. This is the percentage we offer the employee.
PS If the profitability is only in the future, then in principle nothing changes. Only your work partners should trust you.

it all depends on the project ... plus Artyom's answer - this is ideal.
but in general agreements are a responsible matter, especially written ones.
I would probably put everything in this form "ok, guys - to be honest, the project is only at the initial stage - we really need labor, I myself do not have time. since I really need you, at this stage I am ready to give you 15 % of all proceeds. This offer is valid for the initial stage, which, it seems to me, will last X months, then we will revise the conditions - most likely in the direction of just a salary, since more people will be involved, there will not be enough for all such tasty shares.

2-3 days a week?
Still studying?
Conclusion:
Most importantly - what will they eat? After all, for the remaining 2-3-4 working days a week, they will need to earn their living. And this is not possible for everyone who even works full-time.
I predict:
The guys will merge from the project within two to six months.
The funny thing is that in this case, the shares will be able to remain with them.
The division of shares is a matter of individual agreement.
I would include a point - that a person loses a stake if he does not actively participate in the project.
Or that the share arises and increases gradually. More and more over the years.
