There are no separate applications for this function. This is usually part of the system functionality as this feature is tightly coupled to the hardware (RTC with a timer setting feature).
Either the function is in the form of a separate settings item, or it is not. As a rule, there are no standard apis - this completely excludes the ability to create applications.
