VPS costs 3 kopecks. You may be able to use the VPN tunnel option.

As far as I remember, the gogoNET client had problems with Win8/10 and the developers gave up on it altogether and banned the registration of new free accounts (only anonymous ones). There is also Sixxs , but this is somewhat more complicated than with gogoNET and requires patience, because the process is not automated. As far as I know, there are no other brokers that bypass NAT.
You can of course be content with Teredo and dyndns. Of course, it works with some lag at the start, but in general it is better than brokers, in that traffic does not walk through Amsterdam and is not lost along the way.
