.lnk virus, what can be done?

I'll get right to the point:
There is a network storage on win2008r2, there is a folder of 30+ gigs in it, it was hidden, this morning a shortcut with the .lnk extension appeared.
The object refers to this:

%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c start _ & _\DeviceManager.exe & exit

And accordingly the shortcut leads to my hidden folder. How to treat? (no backup)
