Tuning Postgresql 10 (Postgres Pro 1C) to work with 1C - what parameters to set?

I found a bunch of recommendations like "set shared_memory equal to about 1/8 of the available memory", etc., but all of them, unfortunately, refer to Postgres 9.x versions. Surely 10 has its own specifics.
It was not possible to google the current guide for version 10.x with a description of the parameters. So far, I have limited myself to recommendations from the DBMS developer https://postgrespro.ru/docs/postgrespro/10/config-one-c
Perhaps local gurus have a set of "parameters that should be changed immediately after installation"?
The configuration is as follows:
AMD Opteron 6276 * 4
128Gb RAM
Intel 3700 (200Gb) * 2 (RAID1) for the base.

At your own risk - https://pgtune.leopard.in.ua
In general, everything should be looked at according to the situation, measure the speed of key operations, etc. for correct tuning. It is quite possible that the "out of the box" option will suit you. Or are there already performance issues?

Tuning customized postgres for 1C is different from normal. Developer recommendations are not enough for normal performance?
Versions 9 and 10 have not so many differences in key parameters related to memory and other global things - you can safely use the recommendations applicable to the "nine".

Feel free to follow the instructions as before. And take the WAL to a separate medium.
Well, forget before any brakes / problems appear.
