Why did apt-get (and aptitude) suddenly stop working?
Linux Mint 15 Olivia
Through sudo, any commands to apt-get give 139 error code (apt itself does not write anything, the code was looked through echo $?). Under the root writes "Segmentation error". Clearing /var/cache/apt/* did nothing.
Before that, I tried to connect the ppa:samrog131/ppa turnip to install photoqt. Through the Mint repository manager, I noticed that the samrog131 turnip has a space ("mai n") in the branch name. Removed the gap, closed. I don’t understand how this could affect - when there was a gap, the update passed, but the apt did not find the photoqt package.
Where to look?..
