TrueNAS Why is the plugin installing endlessly?

I want to install the official Nextcloud plugin on TrueNAS, all default settings, NAT network type. I start the installation and it always shows "20% - Initial Validation complete". If you wait at least an hour, the status will not change. TrueNAS is installed in Virtualbox on a Windows host system. How can I find out what caused the error? How to view plugin installation logs? How to install plugin from cli command line?

Created nextcloud.json file and ran iocage fetch -P nextcloud.json as root.
Base.txz and a couple of other archives were downloaded, after that an incorrectly configured plugin appeared in the web interface, I deleted it and then I was able to install the plugin in the regular way.
