Analogue of iftop in Freenas?

Good afternoon.
What is the analogue of iftop in FreeNAS, in order to monitor the utilization online on the interface in megabits / megabytes on down and up separately.
I know about trafshow, but either I didn’t figure it out, or there’s no such possibility and you can only look at the stream speed, while it’s not clear whether it’s rx or tx .
