There is a problem with the Wix system. Many years ago I made a website there, bought a premium package and connected auto-payment from a card. Then he left this system and turned off the auto-payment function. It's been about 4 years now. But the money still continues to be debited (Once a year. Domain renewal + premium account, despite the fact that the domain has not been available for a long time). Account access has been lost. When trying to restore, it does not accept either email or the domain that was connected to the site (when trying to restore using payment card data). Has anyone encountered this problem? How can the problem be solved? Since the money has already been withdrawn, is it possible to return it somehow?
