How to replicate the Strip Showcase carousel slider with WIX?

I got into a situation that I needed to transfer the design from WIX and attach a CMS for a friend. It seemed that it was not very difficult to repeat it (although pixel-for-pixel layout, adding adaptability, is still a pleasure), but there is one carousel slider ( Strip Showcase ) that I can’t understand. Among the almost hundreds of ready-made recipes and solutions I looked at on the Internet, I didn’t come across this one. Although there are a lot of good ones and even specially for touch screens, and with image loading interfaces. But you need "just like that." In theory, you can write your own from scratch, but this is a long time (especially if you know the level of jQuery "I don’t speak, but I understand with a dictionary").
