Can you suggest a site builder like wix.com (it no longer works in Crimea)?

Please tell me a platform for building websites, preferably a simple one like wix.com,
I’m not very close to web programming)
otherwise we now have sanctions and accounts blocked in Crimea, or photos simply don’t load. It doesn't work through Tor.
