I activated Windows through the command line, then rebooted and tried to gamble in the cs, but the hell was swimming there. FPS dropped from 300 to 50 and so on in all games. How to fix it?

Judging by what you write, you downloaded from torrents. See the processes that load the system. If you put some kind of "assembly from Makar", it is possible that it is with backdoors / trojans / loggers, which load the system.
Look at the system log, look for a description of the errors encountered.
