Good video player with video speed changer?

I looked at my player on my phone and realized that everything is much worse on a Windows computer.
He outlined the following requirements:

  • Lightweight, to boot no more than a second on good hardware.
  • Remembers the position of the video, and when replaying it starts from there.
  • Normally variable video speed (for example, I want to put 145% for podcasts) while maintaining the natural frequency of the sound.
  • Choice of audio tracks, subtitle tracks. If two tracks of subtitles - generally ideal.

Suggest good options.
