Is it possible to find a video file for dubbing somewhere?

When the film is 90-100% ready, the filmmaker sends the video material, scripts (text transcripts with characters' lines) and the so-called Pro Tools session (a series of sound tracks with music, noises, sound effects and characters' language) to the recording studio via a secure electronic channel.

So. Of course, the video is copyrighted. But maybe some short films are available for free distribution in the above "format" for normal dubbing?
Thank you.

@doxtarzlo

The free Blender projects may suit you: Elephants Dream, Big Buck Bunny (nothing to duplicate here), Sintel, Tears of Steel.
As far as I know, all materials used in the production are available for download.
