How to download a video from VK if the stream from m3u8 is interrupted?

People, here I found a suitable entry on the VK of a famous film, I tried all the methods, incl. with the mobile version, I managed to get a link to m3u8 through index, but when I launch it in VLC, the frame hangs exactly at 5:40 in time, there is no audio, if you scroll, the slider reaches the end and still the time continues to flow. Nothing comes out. I tried to find similar versions, I found it, but I couldn't even find m3u8 in it, not to mention direct links in the mobile version. I tried to figure it out with blob links - I couldn’t even understand what they mean there (if anyone can help me figure it out, I would be very grateful). Yes, various streaming services through browsers go out of their way to make downloading videos as difficult as possible. The same your tube changes algorithms almost once a week. So it's easier to either score or find an alternative source.
