Trouble running python code in cmd in VS code?

When starting the file, it appends ""&"" and does not run the code, help fix it !!!

C:\VS>& c:/VS/my_Env/Scripts/python.exe c:/VS/21.py
Unexpected occurrence: &.

The same problem, I had to roll back to version 1.55.0 and disable auto updates.
The problem is discussed on the bugtracker https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/123571
After manually updated to 1.55.2, and then manually to 1.56.2, turned on auto-update and everything was fixed. What was the reason is not clear.
