Notepad++ has sessions. It is very comfortable. You can save and open the flow between tasks.
How to do it in visual studio code. Those. so that I can switch between different projects and open the files I need. Because if you just add the site folder, then all the files are there only.

you probably meant workspaces
in order to add a project folder to the workspace:
file />/ add folder to the workspace
