Trouble installing or uninstalling python?
In short, I decided to rename the user folder, because well, I had it in Russian and the font in the console did not support Russian. I renamed it and there I had a couple of progs that flew off well, or something like that. But even now, when I want to reinstall python, it is installed on the previous folder.
In I see that it is being installed on the old one
And now it says no python 3.8 installation was detected

Well, I climbed something on Windows, deleted everything where python was located (register, etc.) and launched from the admin then repair and then Unistall and install
Hmm, curvature can be envied. You can't just rename such a directory.
It would make more sense to create a new user with the desired name. And move everything.
1) You can run the installation on behalf of the administrator.
2) It is better to install Python in a folder without Russian characters.
3) Even better, to the root of the disk.
4) If it doesn't help, look in "Applications and features" - if there is Python there. If so, then remove it first.
