Trouble connecting NAS?

I set out to implement the idea of a home server in order to view media content from different devices and somehow organize photos, movies, etc. in one place and not connect 100,500 hard drives, and access remotely from different parts of the globe.
There is a NAS - Transporter Private Cloud, a huawei wireless router ws880 (35 firmware), 2 laptops, 2 smart tvs and smartphones. The connection scheme is quite simple: Router (via LAN) ---> NAS ---> (via wi-fi) to other devices.
Connected according to the instructions, but to no avail. The router defines it as an Ethernet device. On the NAS, the Internet connection indicator signals its connection, but it does not find it on the network either with the official program or on the manufacturer's website. I don’t know what to do, because the level of my knowledge is at the user level.
Probably a problem in ip - addresses and ports. There are some instructions on the manufacturer's website, but I do not understand what needs to be done.
link to instructions - helper.nexsansupport.com/tfb_knowledge-base.php?ac...
Maybe someone had a similar problem. I ask you for help, good people!

Greetings! Your NAS obtains an IP address automatically using dhcp, and most likely there is an IP address conflict, i.e. two or more devices receive the same IP address. Therefore, you need to reserve an IP address for the NAS in the router settings and set a static IP in the NAS settings.
