Trello and Email and Hieroglyphics?

Through the form on the site I send records to Trello, but hieroglyphs come. utf-8 encoding. In the form code, I changed the trello mail to the usual mail.ru, then everything comes to the mail normally. What encoding to specify for trello or what could be wrong?
