Tree analysis of PCAP with WEKA?

I want to classify pcap packet data from netresec.com using tree method. How to convert pcap to readable by Century?

As far as I know, WEKA understands at least csv and json formats. Therefore, I would first convert .pcap files to one of these formats, and then work with them in WEKA.
