why do you call yours ./mvnw?
normal
snippet .travis.yml
uses what is already set

install: mvn install -DskipTests=true -Dgpg.skip=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -B -V

and not their own scripts
that don't even seem to have an executable bit
