There is a plane that rotates in a circle when hovering on blocks nearby (N deg is taken from the data of this block and set transform rotate through js). You need to make the plane make a full turn + N deg always clockwise with each hover. Now it only works for the first time, and then just by N deg (for example, it was 400 deg and then 420, instead of a full turn it will rotate by 20 deg)
