Transferring Let's Encrypt to another host?

Need to transfer a domain from regular hosting on Timeweb to VPS

• certbot running on VPS
  
• Domain issued SSL Let's Encrypt on Timeweb
  

Question:
Will I be able to generate a new SSL certificate for the same domain using certbot?
Or does it need to be handled somehow?
It's just that there is not much free time to try to take risks :) and the personal site is quite visited

Generate without problems, just moved from shared hosting to vps. Setup and regeneration took 20 minutes
